The Board of Directors is comprised of adults and high school students with an interest in theatre and education. The officers and members are mostly adults, but student interns are chosen annually to help serve and make important decisions affecting La Resistance Theatre Company.

Juli Ann Lomas (CEO) - Possesses a double degree in both Theatre and History. Has Several years of experience in theatre as an actress, director, and technician. She is one of the founders of La Resistance Theatre and is currently acting as Artistic Director.

Justin Lindemann (President) - The current Drama Teacher at Parkrose High School. Minored in Theatre in college. Has extensive training as an actor, technician, and director. He is the other founding memeber of La Resistance Theatre and is currently acting as Producer.

Rebecca Martin (CFO) - She possesses a degree in Theatre and is pursuing her Masters Degree in Teaching at Pacific University. She has worked as an actress, technician, and as a director.
